Hi! I’m Shannon and I help you make mindful choices for your body and mind.
I believe that being mindful about the things we eat, the products we use, how we interact with others, and the way we move throughout our daily lives has a significant impact on our quality of life.
Mindfulness invites space in your life for more balance, love, acceptance, patience, gratitude and so much more. Not only that, but there are physical benefits as well, such as having less stress, less pain, more energy - the benefits are endless!
The best part is, being more conscious is not just for yogis and meditation gurus. It’s not even just for someone on a yoga mat or in a meditation class. It’s literally for everyone, everywhere.
That’s why I’m here to provide you with support, encouragement, and actionable tools and resources to introduce more mindfulness into your daily life.

Nothing happens overnight, but little by little, introducing more awareness into how you move, the things you eat and the decisions you make, will help to create a more purposeful and enriched life experience.

HOW I STARTED
After receiving my MBA, I came upon a huge crossroads in my life. Should I use my knowledge and skill set for a more secure, corporate job? Or do I take the entrepreneurial route and combine my education with my love of health and wellness at a less-secure small business?
If you haven’t guessed already, I chose small business. Only a few days after graduation, I moved to NYC and started working at a boutique yoga studio.
It wasn’t always easy. I often even questioned if I made the right choice. But what fueled me every day was knowing that I was using my power to help people feel alive in their own skin. To feel connected and empowered. To cultivate self-acceptance and love.
While working full time, I completed several teaching certifications, including 500 hour yoga, pilates, and aerial yoga teaching certifications. I learned an abundance of information, including, anatomy, yoga philosophy, poses, and how to actually teach all of these things to other people. But one of the most valuable things I took away from these courses was the practice of being mindful.
Although I didn’t know it at the time, this practice was transformative. Having more self-awareness changed the way I interacted with myself and the world around me.
Initially, this practice of being mindful was concentrated in yoga. But as I learned more, I realized that this level of awareness could go far beyond the mat. It lead me to being more conscious about the importance of mindset, using clean products, and nourishing your body through a plant-based diet.
Through moving, eating and living more mindfully, I’m able to create a deeper connection to myself and to my purpose, which is exactly what I want for you.
I believe that every single one of us has the potential to uplevel our lives through having more awareness and I can’t wait for you to be on this journey of self-discovery and connection with me.
